Afghan couple stoned to death for having an affair:
Aug. 15, 2010
On Aug. 15, 2010, a man and woman in the village of Mullah Quli, Afghanistan were stoned to death after the two were accused of having an adulterous affair. The man was married to another person, and the woman was engaged.

In 1983, the first bathtubs shaped like a champagne glass were installed in rooms at the Cove Haven Resort in Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains. According to resort owner Michael Wilkins, following the installation of the initial 16 tubs, "we couldn't build them fast enough. The rooms were sold out a year and a half in advance."
