Creative campaigns on mutual funds that caught our attention

0

Mutual funds have been blooming worldwide since their onset. Fear developed in the long run whenever the topic of investment began or when a mutual fund planner rolled out. Despite this, there are risk venturers who smart walked in and are still persistent in mutual fund investments. Indians are asset conscious and this results in missing out on major benefits of mutual funds and stocks. To encourage and stimulate their excitement about mutual funds, there were creative and engaging ads put to sea. Some of which are:

  1.  Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI)

Their initiative “Mutual funds Sahi hai” gave the big picture about how mutual funds are the safe and the right option to target. The initiative gave a genuine and real outlook on why to consider mutual funds. Mahendra Dhoni in one AMFI ad addressed how mutual fund investments benefited his retirement plans. Sachin Tendulkar built the trust on “risk ki tayaari” (preparation for risk) by subjecting the metaphor to a cricket helmet and safety kit. AMFI creatively targeted the questions that Indians asked regarding mutual funds. Are mutual funds risky? What are the long-term benefits of it? Can I invest in small capital? Are there any overnight funds or early maturing securities? AMFI addressed these questions and hence brought up a genuine take on mutual funds.

  1. Axis Bank responsible mutual fund.

To answer an important question: Are there precautions taken, when investing in mutual funds? Axis came up with an ad campaign called “responsible Bijoyda”. The script starts within a forest where Bijoyda rows a boat with a family onboarded. It gave the thrill and fear about the tiger attacks at any moment of the trip. The video marks that tigers of that forest don’t attack with a shared eye gaze. Later we realize, every person on the boat had a human-face mask worn on the back of their head, presenting the eye contact safety precaution.

  1. IDFC mutual fund.

To surface the popularity of mutual funds and ooze out the confidence in them, the script of this ad campaign focused on the lost in the forest theme. Our protagonist is a beggarman who is lost in the forest. Upon spotting a tea stall in mid, he requested water. On seeing his attire and a bag full of money, the shop owner suggested depositing this money in some safe place. The beggarman mocked by questioning: were you lost in the forest too?

Today there are numerous tools that aid the beginning of the investment. An investment app essentially assists you by presenting the live graphs and updates on market indices and behavior. Apps and technology have made investing easy with a mutual fund planner tool. There are other ways like expert advisory, online podcasts, discussions, and write-ups that help with learning and researching about the right funds, SIPs, and other money market instruments.
