Have you ever wondered to yourself what is the future of the stock market and what is the atmosphere behind it , and how will the stock and related market be affected after the covid -19 pandemic .

Answer To Open Question !

As with almost all pandemic scares and other national and global issues, some speculative stocks manage to see their shares rise sharply. Because many of these companies are under a $50 million or $100 million basic size threshold, some of them have been overlooked or omitted. If history repeats itself, many of these companies that see huge surges from related news often come back to earth.

Allied Healthcare Products Inc. (NASDAQ: AHPI) saw its shares surge 93% to $2.90 on Friday, but it barely has an $11 million market cap, and it only just recently regained Nasdaq listing compliance. Among its breathing and respiratory products are facemasks and other products. Monday morning shares were up about 23% at $3.56.

BELOW IS THE STOCK MARKET’S TIME HISTORY ALSO REFERRED TO AS THE BIRTH OF STOCK EXCHANGES.

1997–2010

  • 1994:
  • 1994, Amazon the behemoth of e commerce industry started it’s business
  • 1997 :
  • Amazon lists it’s common stock on NASDAQ
  • 2000
  • Bill Gates leaves Microsoft to join his hands on charity.
  • We witness Y2K and dotcom bubble that was more or less like bitcoin tumbling from recent high
  • Sony launches its first Gaming console in JAPAN called PlayStation 2, later it would garner over sales of 155 million units
  • 2004:
  • Google aka Alphabet Inc gets listed on NASDAQ with help of GOLDMAN SACHS with symbol GOOG
  • 2007:
  • 29 June 2007 , Steve Jobs launches the revolutionary IPhone which it no longer is.

How are these even relevant now?

You may disregard my information but here’s a worth story one can check if we connect dots and follow the breadcrumbs.

  • Jeff Bezos is the richest man on Earth currently
  • The co founders of google are still one the Forbes top 10 richest people on earth.

So the next big business may be under creation or it may have recently been listed on NASDAQ or NSE, we may be all together ignoring it. It might be slowly making its steps towards growth and in the next 10 year or 20 we could see massive wealth creation , at last we realise in remorse of missing this.

The next big investment is the one that solves the problem, not necessarily but eases the process or problem we are currently facing.

The one that commands power and has competitive advantage that no one has. A business of such kind which has a proven track record and is a leader in its marketplace, that makes the future competitors weak looking at its size of operations.

For example:

If Water could dry up so fast, investing in companies like PEPSI CO and CO COLA would be worth every penny. Hence if you get to understand or forecast the problems the human race will face and need of the hour, we may have cracked the code.

So where should I invest for the next 10 to 15 years?

Here’s the answer now:

  • Consumption:
  • The population will only grow and so will be the needs and necessities of people. The FMCG sector is always on the defensive side of investment because of growing population and demand.
  • Unless someone invents capsules that could satisfy our hunger, I see no reason why the FMCG sector should be the next best investment.
  • There goes your first 10% allocation from the corpus.
  • Healthcare:
  • We humans are great inventors from disease to medicines. We invented the virus and later only went to invent an anti virus. As the human population grows the need for medicine will eventually grow. There goes your another 10%
  • Insurance:
  • Not all of us can afford for quality healthcare , no doubt why insurance businesses are booming, the mid class will eventually look for more allocation of savings to insurance to cope with inflation and expensive healthcare.
  • We have now aggregated 10% totalling to 30%
  • Technology:
  • Apple launches one new variant every year and the internet is growing at a speed of more than 100% year on year. Globalisation, cross border funding has now removed the geographical borders and hence technology companies will only grow aggressively. Which technology? ah no idea, but 10% is worth it
  • Energy:
  • If fossil fuels burn up and GULF countries no longer have enough to supply, the world will wake up exploring for solar energy , wind energy and other forms of green energy but as I’m not sure how long this will take for oil reserves beneath earth to be sucked up by us.
  • I would equally allocate 5% to the fossil fuel sector and 5% to green energy.
  • Crazy Founders:
  • People like Elon Musk who tear up themselves with some shit tweets need some attention.
  • They do deserve 5% of corpus and when every now and then when you notice a business with products Tesla like new before go grab the cake before any one does, it’s worth taking the risk. We now have 55%.
  • Fixed Income:
  • As the world is unstable , what more unstable are our central banks and the dick head like Lehman Brothers, who could send us into next recession on a blink of second., to protect ourselves from wrath of these financial institutions , allocate 30% of your investments into fixed income securities like Bonds, Debentures and Term Deposit.
