If you have a physical gift card, you will find the information you need to check your remaining balance on the back of the card. The gift card number is the 16-digit number located directly above the barcode. In some instances, there will be an additional 4 digits between the gift card number and the pin number. If this is the case, remember that your gift card number will always be the first 16 digits starting on the right. The pin number is the last four digits on the right.
